We've been seeing the hackers use of rogue security and anti-virus 'scareware' for a long time. Now they've migrated their efforts to the computer utility genre - disk defragmenters, etc. Not to be confused with legitimate tune-up utilities, these are viruses disguised as tools to resolve computer problems.
